What type of paper you are using ? 

I use various type of German and Italian crepe paper. I also use watercolor, pastel, alcohol ink and markers to color the paper flowers.  

Do you have a brick and mortar? 

Currently no, but if you are around Suffolk county, Long Island, NY - we can set up a curbside pick-up. Please reach out to me directly if you prefer this option.  

How come my flowers are a little different than the photos on your website? 

This can mean 2 things, first is every flowers are handmade and I am trying my best to make each flowers look the same but a slight variation from the paper, coloring and crafting techniques can caused the colors to be a little different. Second, the settings on our screens are not the same and that can effect how you see the colors.  

Do you accept refund or exchange?

I do not accepting any refund or exchange, but I am happy to deal with this case by case basis. Please contact me directly within 3 days of delivery with your reasons. 

Can I make a modification?

If the item is listed as 'customization available' you can change the color of the flower but not the type of flowers. If you would like to personalize the entire bouquet, I'd recommend you contact me directly to work on that together.  

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after submitting your order. This only applies to a pre-made items, the refund will be appear on your original payment within 4-5 business days.   

Shipping and Delivery

How long does it take for my item to be shipped?

Please allow 2-3 days for me to process your order. It may take up to 5 days in the holidays season. Please check the latest update about shipping information on the announcement bar. 

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after submitting your order. This only applies to a pre-made items, the refund will be appear on your original payment within 4-5 business days.   

How can I check the status of my item?

You will be notified in your email when your item is shipped. Tracking number will be provided to you.

Are you accepting international shipping

Unfortunately, due to custom and lack of ability to control the delivery time, I am not accepting international shipping at this time.

Shipping delayed

I am not responsible for any delayed or mis-delivery cause by the courrier. 

My item arrive damaged, what should I do?

I try my best to wrap the flowers securely and this does not happen a lot. Please contact me within 3 days of the delivery and provide the proof of the damage.

How long does it take to receive the flowers ? 

Since everything is handmade, it could take up to 15 days - 1 month to complete the bouquet. But to secure my schedule to focusing on your bouquet please allow at least 2 months in advance from the start process. 

How much does it cost ? 

  • The cost for custom orders are varied, it depends on the flower, the scale and time of delivery. Most of the project we've been working with are average between $250 - $450 

What do you mean by 2 months in advance ? 

This is estimate timeframe to start the project, once we have agreed on the design and delivery date, I need to make sure I have the correct color of the papers and dye them with coloring technique to create desire project. 

Can I change the design of my wedding bouquet for you to recreate? 

You totally can ! we can work something out from scratch, please submit the form and be detailed as much as possible. 

How can I take care of the flower? 

The bouquet will be protected with UV spray. It is best to keep it out of the direct sunlight and out of reach from children and pets. Some of the coloring contains alcohol ink, pastel and watercolor. If dusted, you can use a soft paint brush to brush off but please be careful with the colored petals. 

Does the color fades ? 

There is a possibility that colors will slightly fade if they are placed in a direct sunlight or humid area. 

Do you offer a refund ? 

Unfortunately, all sales for custom designs are final. But we will deal with case by case basis if you have any problem with your order, please reach out to help@summerspace.studio if you have any problem.
