Refund policy
All orders are non-refundable
Since every single pieces are handmade, we ask you to respect that the product might be slightly different from what you see on the website, due to the screen resolutions, the paper and coloring technique. We are trying our best to make sure they are as consistent as possible.
Damages and issues
we are happy to deal with case-by-case basis. If your item arrived damaged please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date with the proof of the defects and damages along with your order detail. We will provide you a return label and kindly ask you to drop the package back to us at help@summerspace.studio
Exchanges
After the product has shipped to us, we will contact you within 72 hours about the case, we can send you a replacement as soon as possible or issue a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
